Fred teaches from the Dhammapada's "Verses on Happiness." To live without hate in a world of hatred, to live without craving in a world of craving, and to live without impediments, we must 1) understand, with compassion, the causes and conditions that are the basic operating principles of this world, and 2) be clear about our own aspirations and what we wish to be cultivating to find true lasting happiness, which comes from within, not without.
